Yes, this should be a lesson to the world especially for the so called democratic world. By lesson I mean the fact that people are not afraid to put the right persons at the right places regardless of the sterotypes they have been living with for decades. Yes, this should be a lesson in such a way that it helps leaders, decisionmakers and common people to overcome their fears about other communities. This is the challenge.
